About Nick
At my heaviest, I was around 125kg (275lbs/19.7st), I’m now around 90kg (198lbs/14.2st). That’s 35kg down (80lbs/5.1st) in ~6 months.
I’ve got about another 10kg (22lbs/1.6st) to move into muscle and reshape my body, but the heavy lifting with shedding my fat suit is 90% done. (Total down will be around 45kg (100lbs/7.1st)).
If you’ve struggled with your weight/size for a while, find food so amazing and comforting at times (I’m thinking about my favourite foods & snacks now too), but you just can’t seem to shift things… I know how you feel. I’ve lived it too.

Yes.
You can be as brief or as detailed in your emails as you want, and I will reply in turn to all of your points.
However, with more information, more questions or clarifications could be asked by me before I can provide meaningful guidance.
It’s usually around two to four days, but depending on how many emails are in the system, it could be up to a week. I answer the emails in the order they come in, so if you asked your question today but Sarah asked two days ago, then Sarah’s email would receive a reply before yours.
Yes, you can be as detailed as you want. Sometimes it’s better for you to provide information about your previous efforts and story: how long have you been trying to banish your fat suit, what have you tried before that has (or has not) worked, and are there any of my videos on YouTube (or another platform) that you wanted to ask more questions about.
My replies will provide both.
I’ll provide general guidance on what I believe are the best next steps to take or what could be preventing you moving forward. I may also provide clear steps that you could take in order to reach the next stage of your journey to banishing your fat suit.
Absolutely, and that’s what some people do.
Email is a good method of communicating, and pretty much all of us have our own email address that we receive emails for orders or for work stuff on etc. Purchasing three or ten back and forth emails makes sense if you’ve seen my videos and my opinion, but wonder if the unlimited monthly support is the option for you, or, you just don’t feel like talking about your experiences over the phone.
You can ask about any topic that is linked with you banishing your fat suit for good and becoming the body shape you know you are in life.
This includes mindset, food/nutrition, and cravings, etc. Exercise: I can comment on this area because I have a lot of experience, and I have a network of elite exercise professionals I can reach out to if I’m unsure about anything, but I won’t be writing a workout plan or anything.
I’m not an exercise or fitness ‘guru’ and I don’t want to be. I tend to concentrate on mindset, willpower, and determination: exercise is just one part of that.
That’s for you to decide. Some people choose to go straight into the 10-email package because they know they’ll need help and will have a lot of questions.
Others choose the 3-email option to “test the waters” and confirm that the format is right for them, and they will then switch to the monthly support option later.

From the date of purchase, you have three months to use the email back-and-forth messages.
After this time, they will expire, and you’ll need to purchase another package. (I will send you a reminder when we’re coming close to the expiry date.)
However, most people find that they end up either buying more emails or switch to the monthly support for unlimited communication.

The main difference? The time we’ll be speaking for and the depth of conversation we can get into.
It really depends on how much you think you’ll want to talk for and how complex you think your current situation is.
It might be best to choose the 30-minute call if you don’t think you’ll need that much time.
Yes. We’ll talk about your general routine and what habits you have.
I’ve been where you are, I’ve had habits that weren’t healthy that I needed to overcome, and some that I’m slightly embarrassed by. Maybe that’s why you’re here, because you realise that I’ve been in your situation and I’m not going to judge.
We can then talk about how your mindset and focus work, and decide together what’s best to change.
It’s good to have a food log (if that’s where you are in your journey). We often lie to ourselves about what we eat, so having something written down can help if that’s what you want to focus on.
The important thing is that you’re honest when we speak. Not for me, but for you: it’s your body and your goal body shape. If you aren’t honest then it’s you who it will affect.
You can, of course, just show up for the call and we can talk through things. Or you can jot down a few things you want to talk about to remind yourself while we’re speaking.
If that’s what your goal is, then yes, we can make that plan together. Sometimes, it can be a call to talk about something that you’ve seen in a video I’ve made that resonated with you, or you want to talk about your specific situation and get my opinion.
Then, once we’ve spoken about it, we can decide together what the next steps would be best for you to take.
Yes, you can. However, after the first call, you may find that the monthly support is the best way to continue working together. We can communicate by email, phone and WhatsApp/iMessage.
Once you’ve paid to reserve a call, you’ll be redirected to a page to select a time to speak with me, so it’s near instant.
There’s no emailing back and forth trying to get a time that suits both of our schedules: you simply choose a day and time that suits you.
A clarity call is usually a one-time event.

You have unlimited back-and-forth emails. I usually reply within 24 hours. With the calls, this is a weekly check-in to talk more in-depth about a topic that you want to discuss.
It is unlimited, yes. However, it’s a back-and-forth scenario, so if you send an email, you’ll usually need to wait for my response before replying or sending more information.
If you don’t want to wait and send it anyway, then you’ll lose your current place and go to the back of the queue/line for a response.
I could respond to you within a few hours, but usually I say to wait up to 24 hours for a response. (This depends on how many emails are in the system requiring a response.)
When you’re on monthly support, your emails head to the front of the queue/line, so you’re not sitting behind any email guidance clients.
Think of it as a check-in. We can have a quick conversation about a topic that we both decide is the best thing to talk about or we can talk about a topic that is important to you that particular week.
Yes, that’s who it’s best for. If you know that you need someone there to keep you accountable and ask the tough questions, but also someone who understands where you are, what you’re thinking, what setbacks you’re going through, the voices in your head wanting you to slide back a little because “it’s only this once,” then I’m here.
Banishing your fat suit for good isn’t easy; sometimes it feels like the hardest thing you’ve done in your life, but we’ll get through it together.
It’s just me and you. This is a 1-2-1 support service throughout the month. There isn’t a group element as they only tend to work best when you’ve got some kind of momentum to your journey and motivation.
I know there are group elements that “bring the community together to share” and all of that, but if you’re here, then that’s proof that this hasn’t worked for you, right?
It’s your body, your fat suit, and the end goal that you want to achieve is yours. Let’s concentrate on you.
That’s the usual route: to continue as long as you feel it helps.
Over the months of continued support, we’ll get to know each other well. The check-ins (calls, emails, etc) may become less frequent, but I’m always there to support you when you need it the most.
And, sometimes it’s when you’re nearly at the top of the hill when you need the strongest amount of support and encouragement to give it that extra push, to conquer the peak. You’ll then have enough momentum to banish your fat suit for good.
